Jeff was born and raised in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Jeff graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and then went on to graduate school again at MVNU, where he received his Master’s Degree. He started working in the Columbus area at Grove City Parks and Recreation as a Recreation Programmer. He then went on to Columbus Recreation and Parks for the next ten years as a Recreation Supervisor. Jeff is also an avid volunteer with Scouting America, where he leads various levels of Scouting units for Cub Scouts, District support, and the Muskingum Valley Council Executive Board. Jeff has been active in the Mount Vernon Rotary Club since 2021.
