Overview
This board meets to hear arguments from property owners who have received administrative sanctions and wish to appeal them before a citizen-run board. If the property owner is found to be free from the violation, then the penalty is rescinded. If the violation is upheld, then the next step of appeals is to the Court of Common Pleas.
