Overview
The purpose of the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is to hear appeals of decisions rendered by zoning administrators, interpret unclear provisions in the zoning ordinance, and decide on applications by landowners to permit buildings or land uses that vary from the zoning regulations.
